Image Statement: My photographs are printed on a rag paper, and I stitch on them with Soie d’Alger, an incredibly lustrous silk embroidery thread. I am constantly amazed by the range of colours I discover as I sit stitching. And so my walks in my favourite woods come full circle, as I capture the richness of my experience in light and thread.
